As a member of the Arleta/Pacoima community, it is my mission in life to teach and help the students of my community. This is my third year at Arleta High School, as a High School English teacher, prior to that I taught 8th grade English in Pacoima. I'm in my 7th year of teaching and I am excited as ever to become part of my students lives.
As a teenager, I graduated from San Fernando High School in 2006. I then attended and graduated from California State University Northridge in 2010. I hold an Undergraduate Degree in English and a Teaching Credential in Secondary Education. In 2013, I received a Master of Arts Degree in Education with a specialization in Computers and Educational Technology from California State University Northridge and this year, I will be awarded with a second masters in Educational Administration from California State University Los Angeles.
